Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Andora, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order for shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

EU countries; 6.95 €

Non EU countries: 14.95 €

Delivery times

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods shall take place within 3-4 days in Germany (Germany), and within 6-7 days after conclusion of the contract in the case of deliveries abroad (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
